For local moves we give a written estimate up front after a walkthrough or video, so you know the price before we lift anything. Long-distance moves are priced by weight and distance.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Martin's Moving is a licensed Florida mover, registration IM595, and carries insurance. We show up in marked trucks with a real crew, not day labor in a rental van.
Do you require a deposit?
Deposit and payment terms are spelled out in your written estimate before you commit. There are no surprise charges added on move day unless you add items or stops.
What will not go on the truck?
Cash, jewelry, documents, medications, and anything flammable should travel with you. We will point this out at the estimate.
Do you move on weekends and after hours?
Yes. Weekends book fast in season, so call early. Office moves are often scheduled evenings or weekends to avoid downtime.
What if something is damaged?
We wrap and protect to prevent it, but if it happens, your move includes coverage and we make it right. Ask about full-value protection for long-distance moves.
